Typing up on my “lap” (no desk / table here), and somewhat taking some time off – but more it is looking at new apartments and schools to relocate our family to Huizhou (maybe)

High rewards are not for the 95% of the day to day “Easy things”, but that 5% where there are really hard decisions to be made.

Pushing limits beyond what may have thought possible. But do feel we are “processing it” as a team and growing into it.

Its a holiday but we cannot leave Shenzhen. Why? Our children’s school monitors and if we leave then there is a special process. I’m becoming an introvert / shut in these days anyway working online non-stop.

To be honest, I may have a burnout (temple time) – or I may transition into some kind of new person. Hoping for the second, but this week will be that week to define it.

Just re-watched “Ready Player One” Movie for inspiration, and compared from the first time I watched it, we seem to be heading more in the direction of that movie

Easter week, but a normal week in China (of course). But in Philippines/Hong Kong will be a shorter week. Yet same as always for me – building and creating.

Relaxing after a birthday, slept late (for once!) and just trying to unwind. Also a “tomb sweeping” holiday in China Monday and Tuesday. Onboarding new clients and JV partners.

Another year of a birthday in lockdown. Just really hard to fathom and trying to mentally prepare for 2023’s birthday.

Recovering! 3 day intense online conference HandyCon which started 3am or 5am Asia time, til early afternoon just drained me. But we made history.

Feel we have the most amazing team and maybe I am nervous because I need to rely on the team more than ever to hold up this amazing empire that is growing and flourishing.

This world is definitely not boring right now. We as a team just need to try to cope as best we can, take care of our friends and family first, and if there are ways to help those in the world under stress – take care of them as well.

Lockdown so decided to join David, Luciano, and Miles in their apartment and we are all locked down here til March 8! But a great chance to get work done.

While totally overwhelmed – love the work that we are doing, and grateful to be able to do these innovative projects. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Further pushing to be on BD mode

Still too much “in the weeds” and details. Need to realize our team is amazing and true leaders and managers and let them fly more. Will try to adjust by
