What Mike Michelini is up to Now – July 24 – 30, 2022

Just when I thought was overloaded, become more! But love it, and hope to give more and more opportunity to people who want to also work hard, to achieve their goals.

* Locked down still – since last Tuesday, it keeps getting extended (now 3 more days).
* Blimp Method webinar for cohort 2 – full pushing for this Thursday 8pm, have a wait list, Meir will join, Luciano. Will create some more amazing entrepreneurs and Amazon sellers.
* Flamingo Handshake this Thursday 7am HK time. Anne really stepping up its great. Also hope to get market going, and also adding more categories to the auction (SLD, merch, NFT)
* HR and management and finance – moving to Xero, more HR procedures. Expect more and more of this in order to grow (knew that when we decided to grow).

Week Plan July 24 – 30, 2022 Shadstone Limited

Leveling up. Learning, growing, improving the system. Reading a great book ”How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big” by Scott Adams (comic artist of Dilbert, lol) – and still in the middle of reading and getting great insights. One of those insights is – people are either goal oriented or process oriented. If you are goal oriented – you are always focused on the “winning” or getting that goal – and then if you fail you are not happy – and if you get it – you look for the next thing. But if you are process oriented – every single day you are “winning” because you are focused on improving and making development. If you fail at something, it is part of the process. If you win at something, that is also part of the process. It is continual improvement.

I feel this is what we have been doing at Shadstone since forever. We are making a team, making systems, making a platform – for us to build and create. Sure, many of our projects do not go as planned, but we keep moving forward. We are creating some diamonds as well.

Hope this helps make some sense of all the insane things we do.

And we are pushing more than ever. Taking on 3 Amazon brands internally, and a lot of amazing client projects too.

This coming week opening up the cohort 2 program of Blimp Method – with a webinar this Thursday at 8pm HK time.

Also Flamingo Handshake this Thursday 7am hk time.

Last week we worked with dWebASAP to push out the fock hat (finally), and developing that nft merch storefront.

I know many of you are overwhelmed. I am too! Hope you are coping alright – but this is how I believe we are a human being grow. Sure, too much overwhelm can free us, and some people handle overwhelm differently.

It is part of our company vibe and culture. To be able to deal and adapt and grow.

But if you need help, do not be afraid to ask for help. We are also working on systems in our HR and management to collect feedback (please fill out the Google form)

We are adapting and growing as a team. Learning to communicate, collaborate – use the tools and systems. And we are getting to achieve greatness. Freedom to create. Platform to grow on.

Sorry, this week plan is a bit more philosophical – to get to some more action items:

* More tweaking on the cohort 1 EB launch, and sourcing/QC

* Blimp Method webinar is Thursday 8pm, lets all invite people and support Aubrey.
* Wednesday is supposed to be an Amazon Hustle meetup (but I am still locked in my apt since last Tuesday)
* Flamingo Handshake auction, Thursday morning
* Last push for Fock hats, work on logistics
