What is Mike Michelini Up To Now – July 11 – 18, 2021

Short and sweet today

  • Looking to move down to Shenzhen in August, still confirming kids’ school arrangements
  • Team building, restructuring, building up those on the team.
  • GFAVIP member call on Tuesday, 8pm HK time on business opportunities for members.
  • Diving deeper into the hardware router and software, firmware.
  • DWeb Incubator calls and sessions starting
  • Flamingo Handshake auction preparing for the next week.

For those who want to hear the full week plan for Shadstone Limited, Mike’s company (removing sensitive info) – here it is:

Week Plan July 11 – 18, 2021 Shadstone Limited

Hard to believe we are in the middle of July already. Time is truly flying. Maybe because so many things are happening!

We are slowing down the Global From Asia push, restructuring that a bit on how to make it a sustainable model. At the min, the podcasts and member calls will remain, but still deciding on the events (Cross Border Matchmaker) and other ideas.

We will do a casual GFAVIP member call this Tuesday, 8pm HK time (after the IG live at 7pm) to share some business opportunities and keep some momentum of calls.

For the GFA broker consulting – one of the brokers is close to converting an acquisition in China! Very exciting and a large deal, and the networking has been paying off.

But on the Dweb / handshake, things are heating up more and more. Submissions are really overwhelming for the next Flamingo Handshake (July 22, 7am HK/Manila time) and trying to be more proactive and prepared for this one as we already picked the date and have submissions coming in.

For the Indigitus router, people are begging to buy it. This is the kind of project I think we need to focus on – ones where people are begging to be part of it, not one where we need to spend tons of time and effort to beg people to be part of it.

And to tie back the dweb to GFA (which I’ve been trying to do since the beginning) – the incubator of GFA in making products for the blockchain as well as ecommerce community. This is how it fits together – GFA is Asia/ ecommerce / B2B traders, and the blockchain / dWeb is more software and crypto. The bridge between those is GFA.

We are also going to be investing more into the content of our sites, we have new tools we are investing in and learning. And also, we will use this to promote the products / businesses that we are selling. We have invested so much in building out an empire of sites and with these new tools and systems for generating content, we believe we can grow them even bigger.

We are also looking at our current team and to give more chances to those who are here as these new projects and technologies develop. Please speak to management on that.
