What is Mike Michelini Up To Now – May 7 – 13, 2023
Finally fully rested/recovered from the month+ roadshow in Asia with a full week of “back in the studio” work. As mentioned last week – it was a ton of admin and finance work.
* Cross Border Summit early bird campaign opens this week.
* Restructuring teams – various projects need new people. New projects need new people. On the hunt and in talks
* Cashflow analysis – doing international business is very complex and we have gone so “wide” across so many countries need to re-evaluate our cashflow processes and workflows.
* Akitiai and ecommerce logistics – with Andres in Chiang Mai later this week, will review various solutions (photo shoots, logistics, cashflow).

Another week, another massive list of updates. So much to do, life is too short!
Last week:
A lot of our current projects are heating up.
Cross Border Summit – working on updating the site and launching early bird this coming week. Also look forward to re-ignite the community with this popular milestone event.
GFAVIP forum was fixed – also a gfa community manager may be onboarded this coming week – so perfect timing.
Akitai – new “bandeau” product line coming, photo shoot and logistics meeting later this week in Chiang Mai.
Esatto preparing a third container and will work to recover from massive fees during the covid times – as fees are much lower now.
Indigitus team members looking to join, and more china factory discussions (with a new team member in china)
(Early stage discussions) for the Shadstone Ninja 2023 retreat, may base it in Chiang Mai around the CBS time. Nessa preparing budget.
All our projects are really heating up and “pushing” at the same time. The main point – all of us here are leaders and need to keep pushing our limits and stepping up. Shadstone ninjas are not just “ai robots” taking orders from the “boss” – our ninjas are creative and problem solvers.
So do not just pass the buck up to Mike. Understand the situation for each project. We have some very unique things coming The biggest joy I’ve seen is we are building LEADERS (ninja) – so many of you have grown so much since starting here.
We need to keep that going. Especially for what is coming on the pipeline. There is a massive wave coming and we will scale up all these operations as an ecosystem.
It is so beautiful, but still too early to count as confirmed.
