Happy birthday to me – flying to Japan on my birthday without family maybe wasn’t the best idea. Realizing I just want to be with my family as much as I can – the kids grow up so fast.
But will make the most from the Amazon Japan mastermind conference and may use it to expand to selling in Japan (keeping open mind).
The short list this week:
* Adding to our Ecommerce operator team – 1-2 new ninjas expected to join.
* Fundraising for our ecommerce brands – been in the works for a while, and have a rough concept and a new model pending.
* SkyInclude, HNS rings, Flamingo expansion ideas as well. Hope to make a video for Skyinclude channel this week on it if have time.
* CFO Ninja developments – been a month now, and the CFO ninja team is maturing /developing.

Typing this up, Sunday morning, birthday morning, an hour before taking a Grab to the airport for a journey to Japan. While certainly I am reflecting on my life “over the hill” and there is a lot of improvements to make – life has been pretty good to me.
But it is about putting in the work. And plan to do this the rest of my life.
This week, more grinding on the various Ecommerce businesses and team building. Hope to hire 1 – 2 more people this week to assist with the account management.
Some bigger developments on an “Ecommerce Gladiator” version 2 coming, stay tuned.
Some expansion ideas for Skyinclude/Flamingo Handshake / Handshake – both HNS Rings and the auctions – realizing our skill is events and content.
CFO Financial ninja development – a major missing piece in the team is getting filled. Close to confirming the flow and the new team members (aka ninjas).
Keeping week plan short as I need to record the video for this BEFORE I go to airport (prefer to record in my home studio).
Main SUMMARY – thinking BIGGER and empowering our ninja team even more in our Handshake and Ecommerce buckets.
