Overwhelmed as always, but taking it bit by bit.

* Financial KPI and dashboards – feel close to the “final finishing touches” on better AMZ fba financial kpi dashboards and this week will dive deep into it.
* HandyCon agenda and announcing – been quite about HandyCon 3, but we are ready to make more “noise” publicly this coming week.
* Addressing each “community” – everything is about community – shadstone is ninjas, and others are getting re-positioned to be about the people not the product. Gotta get that last detail to combine community + ecommerce + Nft, feel so close.
* HR refining of the team and positions.

For those who want to hear the full week plan for Shadstone Limited, Mike’s company (removing sensitive info) – here it is:

Week Plan Feb 12 – 18, 2023 Shadstone Limited

It is superbowl and valentine’s day week again – feels like last year’s was just a couple months ago (and back then NFTs were crazy active!). Yet while NFTs are slow, we at Shadstone are behind the scenes studying how to apply it to all angles of our business – from team, to community, to customers. Been years in the “Research” phase, but stay tuned really for some action and updates.

One interesting insight is I have read in the news that Chiang Mai has found some technical solutions to solving the burning season problem and this is making me very bullish on being confident to base here long term.

Last week, we dove deep on FINANCIALS and reports for our Amazon fba, the last couple of weeks we’ve been really realizing that making real time reports, kpi, and dashboards is the only way to get to the next level. We have made MASSIVE progress, and again found software and automation to accelerate it. Plan to dive deep into a new level of real time dashboards and charts for each brand.

HandyCon is less than a month away, and Anne is guiding our epic ninjas to make this third annual one a memorable one. To me, while it is quiet and a bear market – it is the time to see who is “real” and a true supporter of the protocol.

GFA community is defrosting and re-organizing with again a more community approach. Some new concepts and plans in mind that are a bit early to announce – but again making the community member the centerpiece seems critical and learning from our creation of “ninjas” in Shadstone, and years of studying NFT communities – feel very close to announcing this restructuring.

A bit of turnover and new hiring happening and we plan to utilize more technically advanced “ninjas” to utilize the AI tools and new SOP processes for social media and email management and lead generation. May even onboard this week or next.

Growing and learning has to be a core value of every ninja here, and while it has been tough for me lately we are making the hard adjustments and will come out in a better spot long term.

On top of that, knowing our numbers – in as real time as possible – has to be done. From the Amazon FBA tools on finance and API – feeling we need to setup the same for our other non-amazon businesses as well. Anyone who knows me knows once I get into something I go deep – and planning to make some pretty extensive dashboards pulling in data. It will build me / our confidence to make better business decisions and is something I’m on a “roll” with (to be clear – been avoiding it or hoping someone else would do it) – we will make it happen.

Quick list:
Amz finance dashboards – got the data better pulled, now it is making nice dashboards.
HandyCon push- time to let the word out.
Deep thought on community, ecommerce, and nft.
