In an interesting transition point. But maybe we always are. Just dont think I can announce it til closer to the end of the month of May.
This week:
* Cross Border Summit weekly promotion flow. For the next 6 months we will be sharing about speakers, topics, updates for the Nov 16,17 CBS conference in Chiang Mai.
* Ecommerce/Amazon FBA processing – last week we added new products for Akitai, and adding another container for Esatto – June and July these products will be in the market. Team growth, marketing, operations, finance.
* NFT, Handshake, Ecommerce – still regularly studying all of these with the bridge to connect them in mind.
* Made an NFT collection w/ the kids for mother’s day.

Had a nice chat w/ Luciano last week about the massive stress I’m under. And he said that is good – if something is making you uncomfortable, it means you are growing.
And growing we are. Jeez, pushing limits on all our projects and partners and ninja team members more than ever. Feel that growth.
Last week highlights:
* Cross Border Summit Super Early Bird opening – It is wild – 6 months away and we are selling tickets. Speakers locking in, VIP and general entry tickets coming in. Sponsors discussing. Nov 16-17 will be an epic event for cross-border ecommerce sellers.
* Further expansion of our Amazon FBA operations, workflows, team, systems. Andres from Akitai was here for product sourcing, logistics upgrades, and a photo shoot. Planning for another container going for Esatto by end of the month. New product development and launch discussions for Excalibur Brothers. Just intense, and even more besides that.
* Indigitus new team building and new points happening.
* Handshake marketing call early last week focused on a proposal by Daniel Harrison. Hope he can write it up and we can discuss as a community.
* Planning something big, but still pending and cannot wait to confirm it and share it.
