Week Plan Venture Seed Studio Dec 10 – 16, 2023

Just a couple more weeks of 2023 to go! Every year end we reflect on the past and think about a “clean slate” for the new year. The one coming will be a fresh start indeed, I’ll be more of a client of Shadstone ninjas. Working on new budgets, and new contracts for the team with Anne to make it even more clear.

Without change, we do not grow. And this will be quite the test. Again the goal for years now has been to develop leaders in Shadstone, and this should get you even more into that mode of learning, managing, growing, leading.

Also hope to put on the budget even more formal training and education.

This coming week, more year end evaluations and calls. There is even more opportunities than ever before and we need people to fill in seats and grow. So do not fear – there is endless chances.

The Loadpipe and Purse deal finally wrapped up last week and we are settling things this coming week and until the new year with a dedicated team for Loadpipe and Hamza forming.

Handycon will be coming too and we need to confirm sponsors this coming year. Also lets forge a closer relationship with ENS as it is complimentary to HNS.

Really so much happening, but it is focused around the last 2 weeks of the year on evaluations, budgets, team building. Setting a true onramp for a great year in 2024.
