Diamonds are forged under pressure and these next 2 weeks are the ultimate forging times.

* We have Cross Border Summit + CBM Expo in 10 days
* We are working on releasing a whole new world for ecommerce there (Loadpipe).
* Management – massive upgrades to our management practices after a 2 day Mads Singers workshop last week.
* DISC review and self analysis. The workshop “ripped some bandaid off” for who I am vs who I think I am. Accepting it and adjusting.

Week Plan Nov 5 – 11, 2023 Venture Seed

Hope the team made the most of the All Saints Day holiday in Philippines, those mid-week holidays often offset the beginning and end of week – hope this coming week we can be all hands on deck for the 10 days til Cross Border Summit and the CBM Expo. It is go time now!

With extreme pressure is extreme growth and leveling up – for ourselves as people as well as our business and community.

One big takeaway I got from the 2 full day workshop I participated in last week by Mads Singers is – I am not who I think I am. The personality tests I have taken are not correct (I keep them on file and referred to them at the workshop). A few there knew me, and the personality tests are not reflecting of who I really am. Kinda a whole mindset shift, and I do plan to help the team at Shadstone also better learn about who they are – maybe at the ninjaretreat.com or more practically online before this coming summer.

But we all need to know ourselves better in the team, to know how best work with others, and I have a lot – a lot – of adjusting to do based on my personal findings.

Fear not, I do believe we have been making those adjustments actively the last few months – Anne’s leadership and seeing others in the team also being more active of a leader. I am starting to realize that is what I am, I love to cultivate and find talent and foster it.
