Getting back on track after Cross Border Summit, last week was a full “recovery” on rest and backlog of work.
* Ecomm brands review, growth plans – year end always gets us thinking about the brands, what is working, what isnt. Looking at Tiktok a ton and have some good leads on collaboration partners.
* GFA community re-boot – had a great member call last week – way more engaging and fun that I was expecting. People stepping up to support with calls, forum, meetups, and more.
* Development plans for Loadpipe ecosystem – had a great call with our talented developer partners and Hamza beta almost ready – just more security and UI/UX testing and launch plans.
* Shadstone ninja year end evaluations, and more growth (“grow”) plans for next year + retreat.
* Purse transition still underway but signing is happening between parties and a few more to go.

Week Plan Dec 3 – 9, 2023 Venture Seed Studios
Wendy is asking me to do another 3 day silent retreat – and as much as I want to – these next couple weeks before year end will be extremely busy and defining. Maybe after Christmas.
Last week I feel the team re-grouped a lot post Cross border Summit. I know that conference took a ton of resources and attention across the entire team of ninjas and appreciate all your support. Let’s really think deeply about CBS2024 and the team and resources and strategies.
This coming week – I hope I can do calls with as many of you as possible. Trying to keep my calendar open as much as I can to talk and hear from you. I wrote up some of my own evaluations of people – but also want to hear from you. How can the company, and how can I , help you more? We really see each ninja as an investment – and we want you to grow – for both your own personal development – but more selfishly – for the company benefit.
Working hard on the transition to developing the loadpipe ecommerce protocol ecosystem. But as I do this – I realize my role is to find resources for all the things we do. Resources are people, tools, clients, and ideas. Also I know sometimes I get stressed out and I need to turn that stress into positive excitement. We are pushing our boundaries every day. I am way out of my comfort zone in 2023 more than any other year – and that is how we grow.
Some more actionable items this week:
* Year End evaluations – I really hope I can do calls with as many of you as possible.
* Hamza marketplace (a loadpipe dapp) – more testing, and connecting it w/ other loadpipe developers and zeppelin. And adding real products to it and having ecommerce team aware of it.
* Ecomm brands, brand managers, growth strategies. Define more the roles and responsibilities of the brands, brand managers, and Shadstone ninjas.
* GFAVIP restructure forum – Rolands stepped up, and others to get this rolling. But of course finding bugs and features and hope they are not too big of a dev ask.
* 2023 is almost over. Really reflecting on roles, projects, brands. Believe me or not, but I just want to empower and grow even more people. And connect the web3 + ecommerce worlds more – that feels like my calling.
