On the road, feels like “old days” a bit. Huge milestone with 15 of our Shadstone ninjas meeting in person last week – and feel it will feel the effects for months to come.
* Return to Chiang Mai Tuesday night, be a “solo dad” with 2 kids til Wendy comes back Dec 26.
* Prepare a Thailand factory Amazon Fba training program starting in Jan.
* Process/digest this amazing team retreat, org chart, project reflections .
* Product launches continue mainly on the Amazon ecommerce brands.

Dec 11- 16, 2022 Shadstone Limited Week Plan
Still recovering from an intense and monumental ninja retreat. Just feel the huge responsibility to keep this amazing team together – we are blessed with such great people.
I’m still on the road, in Manila now (meeting Martha today – Sunday) and then back to Thailand tomorrow and then to Chiang Mai on Tuesday (layovers). Honestly been a bit sick and still recovering think it was the cold nights in Tagaytay that got to me.
This was a big investment for the company and feel certain it was a positive roi. Feel the team will be able to work closer together and communicate better with each other.
This coming week plan to do more year end reflections. Had a great meeting with Amazon Thailand as well as Singapore on doing workshops and community events together so lets see how that goes – plan to start in Jan. The idea then is to use that as the main presentation to the public (training) and we have our services and team for more involved business relations.
Think I’ll keep this week plan short – hey – maybe in the future others on the team can help make these or various plans. Really want to invest more and more into leadership on the team. More training, more learning.
