Met up my friend Manuel for lunch – and he – like everyone – is just amazed (almost afraid) at how much I am doing. Not gonna Bs, there are multiple days each week I’m at a breaking point, but I still love it.

* Esatto finally fully “active” and first full week this week
* SkyInclude Handshake.mastermind twitter space Wednesday night USA time
* Team systems, HR, finance – all that “fun stuff”

Nov 6 – 12, 2022 Week Plan Shadstone Limited
Its cooling down here in Chiang Mai – and that is just the “feeling” of year end. And year end is a time when all of us reflect on what we have accomplished and where we want to go.
Hope all of us at Shadstone are enjoying what we are doing. So much creating. So much building. This is what I love to do. Yes, it is a lot of work and stressful and challenging. But to me, I’d much rather do that then be bored and waiting to die.
Focus: BeckyAI is launching Tuesday morning USA time, Tuesday night Asia time. Anne, Patrick, so many have been in this for months – I think the kickstarter process started back in March – so it is time to shine. It will be stressful, for sure, but lets document the process, mark down mistakes and issues to improve, and showcase our team’s ability.
Big news – Esatto is finally – finally – active. Obstacle after obstacle since summer 2020 – but sales are coming in and products are shipping out. Trying to make the most of Q4 – again – as I just said – obstacle after obstacle has set us back but we will at least get significant amount of the SKUs exposed to consumers during the Christmas shopping rush. For me, it is exciting to see which of these products is most popular – and I love to focus on what works after putting a bunch of data at the wall. Thanks Christian and everyone – for sticking with us. Let us become a dominant force in this bar and kitchen category, I am very confident.
David has joined the Blimp Method program officially last week and we are onboarding him to the Excalibur Brothers brand. Again, with recent turnover (well since batch 1) we have some more training – but Sally is stepping up and even improving the onboarding process. Also last month’s franchisees all were moving up nicely in sales and performance and we just gotta keep tweaking the system and procedures to grow and optimize.
Akitai will be mailing out the new product line this week from Thailand. Look forward to exercising our team’s ability to Akitai to show our launch process. Hope our content, website, social media, emails, can all help this new line of products succeed and make the most of what is left of Q4 while it is there.
Faith has been outlining systems for the VA agency startup and also on a sales agency. The idea is we can build up a sales force to help get out to the world all the things our amazing team has been building.
Handshake / Skyinclude – we have a Twitter spaces (Handshake.mastermind) this Wednesday USA time (Thursday morning Asia time). Wrapping up the settlement of Flamingo handshake auction. Also working with dwebASAP on fock hats to Amazon. Making more Skyinclude videos (as always) as I am more bullish on the “web3” (prefer to call it decentralized web) than ever – godaddy just froze Hackernoon’s domain for multiple days – we all know Facebook, IG, Tiktok, Wechat, Amazon – all of these platforms will freeze/censor/delete you at any time. As a “creator” – I never trusted them and have always tried to back up the content as much as possible. But many friends don’t know / don’t bother to – and they simply lose all their work when these platforms delete their domain/hosting/account – it is just so sad and such a waste to see.
So many more things happening – but really this week’s main focus is – BeckyAI launch, and also Esatto will have its first full week of activity.
While we are so busy – we also need to take care of our health. Myself included. But seeing a few of us pushing really hard – and I love to see it – but also hope we try to get a rest (lol -I know I know I am typing this up on Sunday morning, I gotta take day off one of these days)
