- Close to setting up an office in Shenzhen – it seems there will be some “offline” element to the business now. Government may give a free office and we are still working out the details. But we will continue to GROW the online team. I always want to have the online team as that is true freedom and flexibility for the team and the company.
- Indigitus is going to make a hard transition and announcement coming out this week.
- Speaking at a workshop on Friday about selling your Amazon ecommerce brand.
- More adjustments of various businesses to balance online/offline.
Monday – visiting the live streaming government office
Tuesday – visiting factory for Indigitus
Wednesday – online work day
Thursday – online work day
Friday – hosting workshop on selling your Amazon business.

Week Plan Aug 22- 28, 2021 Shadstone Limited
It’s the last full week of August and more epic things underway.
We will have our team call this Wednesday evening and I’m excited to see how everyone is doing. Some new formats to expect in the call as well. Our GM will update you on that.
We are adding more people to our web team. Our IT manager has been interviewing some applicants and they are joining now to help with the migration of the Shenzhen Party site as it is thousands and thousands of pages.
One of our CS agents is stepping up more which is great. She is supporting the team on client services and community for various projects.
We are looking for help with the paid advertising department. Our PPC manager is a bit busy and has done some training for others on the team but we may need more support.
I know I am not naming everyone here. But please know I am really amazed at the current team. We have been through a lot over the years and we have amazing people with us. Thank you for being here.
As many know, I’m back in Shenzhen and still gathering my senses – with the Amazon aggregator work, the factory work with Indigitus, and other updates. Most likely we will get a free office in high tech park and am still balancing the idea of having an office again. For sure there will be no worry of our current amazing online web team. This office would be for the sales and business development of our various projects like GFA, Shenzhen Party, factory coordination, and other items. So it would communicate and collaborate with our current team. Still balancing and bargaining at a live streaming studio but seems like a no-brainer freebie opportunity so may as well take it.
If anything, that will mean more projects and more opportunities for our online team as we will be getting more projects and more deals in.
For Indigitus, there is a big issue with the firmware of the protocol being compatible with the current hardware and we need to adjust the hardware. We will have an update for the ambassadors and it is a hard change but we are working on the long term success instead of the short term.
