Paperwork should arrive for Thailand immigration this week. Nerve-racking as not sure how long things will take, and where I’ll be living.
* Client services dept training, structuring – new team members joining, lots of “re-wiring of who does what”.
* Blimp Method onboarding, prepare new products to launch in the Excalibur Brothers brand.

Aug 7 – 13, 2022 Week Plan – Shadstone Limited
Pushing along, and the theme is – we are an internet marketing agency with so many creative, fun, and huge potential projects.
Some top projects pressing us right now :
Still re-building the client services team – as we had turnover here, with new people joining, we have another joining -Sally. Started late last week, now we will be investing in training her more, and finding the right balance of tasks and workflow for the new client service department and team. Very important department, and each time there is turnover – in any department – but especially client services – it forces us to review the SOPs and processes to further clarify them.
Crowdfunding phase of BeckyAI – video will be ready soon, we are getting Facebook ad campaign going, influencer outreach, need to get the Kickstarter page rolling. The idea is – Shadstone will be more involved and more aware of how to do crowdfunding campaigns as a partner of Inno-Launch (still sorting this out). Do believe crowdfunding service is valuable, and complements the Amazon FBA and ecommerce or any business marketing agency for that matter.
Blimp Cohort 2 – still sorting out some applications (again this isn’t an open program, need to make sure they are the right fit). Some are more looking for brand building rather than brand licensing (they want to know how to make a brand like Excalibur Brothers, not sell one of its products – well they will sell one, but in the program they want us to focus on teaching them how to source, how to do listings, etc – which isn’t part of the program) . It may be some larger people who do a batch of products rather than 1 by 1. Will sort this out this coming week.
Esatto is pushing full steam ahead. The first ocean container on the water, and listings are ready – but we want to invest in setting up the storefront and the A+ content on all the listings – SO MANY.
HR, finance, management processes – investing in adding more modules to our Shadstone portal, for payroll, also KPI and bonus. The dream being a “Shadstone Ninja” pay – where the team is getting a mix of base plus bonus on projects they are contributing to. Back to the vision of ninjas protecting and growing the “stone” of Shadstone at the core.
On a personal note – seems this coming week will get my paperwork for the Thai visa. Excited for this and believe it will “re-invent” me as a new chapter in my life – and of course – business here. Already thinking of some changes.
