Thank you everyone for being awesome. Life is good. Each year keeps getting better and better.

The last year was a bit of a roller coaster.

But one thing is for sure – I am pushing myself harder than ever. Not sure how to explain it. Just feel like that maybe the stoic books I am reading is setting in.

Every single day I am one day closer to death. Time cannot be reversed. This second I am typing this word out, will not be replaced. My kids are getting older.

I can’t believe Miles is going to be 2 years old next month. Seeing your kids grow up I think really makes you appreciate time more.

Don’t wait until later to do something. Or if you have a long list of items, do the most important first.

Last year I have improved my weight, my morning habits, my mindset. This year, its really about “cashing in” on the new processes and improvements. Not being so afraid. I’m writing down what am I afraid of. Every day I have a fear journal – to face my fears. To boil them down to the core. What is it that we are really afraid of. What is really holding us back.

One year has passed, and another year is coming. Time to just continue to put yourself out there and take risks and realize YOLO.
