Pushing limits beyond what may have thought possible. But do feel we are “processing it” as a team and growing into it.
* Yellow Network – learning curve is big on this fin-tech project and also the new tools, accounts systems, team. But feel last week got over the “hump”. This week an AMA Tuesday night 8pm GMT+8
* Personal brand – need to really invest in the re-structuring of my personal brand. Asia / cross-border ecommerce / Web3.
* Excalibur Brothers – last week we “hyper-learned” Loadpipe, and pushed the orders through. Still a lot of optimization, and a ton of things to do.
* HR / corporate structure / finance – again my “weakness” but as we grow, this is the core. We need to further develop this – and this “ninja” concept has my creative juices flowing – to make it more interesting.

Week Plan May 8 – 14, 2022 Shadstone Limited
“The brave don’t live forever, but the weak never live at all”. We need to keep pushing our limits. We need to keep learning even when our brain is overwhelmed. When we are at the gym, and our biceps cannot do another curl, that is when we are developing our strength the most. Our mind and body only grows when we are pushed to the limit.
For sure this is where we are at Shadstone. And those with us are (hopefully) feeling the same with me here.
I see the continued leadership from LJ. Super “tough” and able to take on the additional load and pressure of these projects. Especially with Yellow, and new team members.
We also had a great training session last week by Elayne. Heard comments many got new ideas and workflow from it.
This is what it is all about. The team. Learning. Developing. Growing.
I feel the strengthening within the team. The optimizing, the adjusting. Keep it up.
One concept we are developing (And Janette said don’t announce until its more developed, but I dont really like that style) – is the concept of “ninjas”. Been trying to think of a better corporate structure for the company and don’t want to make another “boring” org chart that makes me fall asleep when I look at it. Also don’t want to create this “hierarchy” like boring existing companies.
So the concept (truly not ready to introduce fully) is that we are a ninja clan. And this clan has different groups for different roles. A ninja works well alone, but also can work good in a group. There is not a complex hierarchy, but there are “belts” and levels of skill and attributes. I’ll leave it at this for now, just to get you thinking (and open to ideas). Imagine work could be a game. To be honest, from my studying in NFT and web3, I see a world where gaming and work do combine.
So for some projects – we are doing so much:
Yellow – still our latest and a big project, assisting with community and ambassador. Lots of content schedule, getting setup as admin, some new tools and workflow. I’ll be hosting an audio AMA on the yellow.org telegram at 8pm GMT+8 (Manila/HK time)
BeckyAI – hope the sample can be ready this week. Developing the video script, need to find more influencers / bloggers, and a US company structure.
Excalibur Brothers / Blimp – pushing hard to get these 4 products to the market. Some are wrapping up production, some are just getting started. Hope to use these and the system as a foundation. Lead us to “brushing off” Loadpipe.com since the PPE madness of early 2020.
GFA / GFA Kids – looking for “synergies” in the team and systems to join forces on the GFAVIP “adult” membership wit the kids program. This week’s podcast in thee intro wee have Aubrey, Lori, and Leisle with me – so much fun. We just make things happen. Rescheduling CBM event to a later date as want Excalibur Brothers launch to be well behind us when the event happens (graduation and next batch open)
Flamingo handshake / Mercenary / Skyinclude – grinding the correct business model for Flamingo Handshake weekly online auctions. Looking to add some Yellow content as well as some other projects in there.
NowShenzhen – worry some parts are now blocked in China. Something with the popup. Working on more content, more optimization.
Akitai – doing great on optimizing listings. Need to work more on copyright image issues (may need to delete those from all instances on all our cloud storage). More meetings on social media and influencer strategies.
Indigitus – processing some refunds, trying to get through this restructure with Sentinel foundation. Being quiet is hard for me.
Soo much more. Let’s work on improving, learning, growing.
