In the midst of dcbkk conference which is an intense fire hose of information on lifestyle business / location independent owners. Processing all the talks and the chats to continue the lifelong pursuit of growth and improvement.
This week:
* Back to Chiang Mai on Monday Oct 23 afternoon, reflect on the dcbkk conference
* Cross Border Summit now less than a month away, intensity building up .
* Zeppelin Finance is submitting today the demo to the Eth Global Hackathon.
* Flamingo Handshake NFT domain auction this week – halloween style
* HR, team building, admin catch up. Continue to build leaders and managers in all the businesses.

Processing all the ideas, concepts, and feedback from the dcbkk conference. Intense as always and already have been writing up action items and to do for the amazing team here.
A lot for HR department! Also Anne and I discussed HR processes for when people are out from work for an extended amount of time – almost as if they are leaving the company – to have a “turnover doc” listing out all the tasks, linking to the important documents and SOPs for those tasks. Need to get this implemented for sure as we have 2 key people on the team away (Sally and Martha).
Hamza marketplace testing, hope Shadstone as well as others in the Loadpipe ecosystem can help with the test on it. Need to get this moving along as the Zeppelin Finance dapp in the Loadpipe protocol is making massive progress and will then need to “plug in” to the Hamza marketplace.
Zeppelin Finance so proud of the amazing people contributing to this project in the last week+ from designer to front end to back end – it has come together just in time for the Eth Global hackathon. Have a good feeling this project is well built and business model is special enough to make it for the prize pool. Fingers crossed.
Flamingo Handshake auction is this Thursday evening (USA time / late EU time) and Friday morning 6am Thailand time. Will be nice to get those back rocking and rolling, and have some fun for halloween theme. It is a great thing for the HNS community. Also working on helping connect and make deals for market makers / listings, and more for Handshake.
On the Amazon / ecommerce brands, we are finalizing deals with Christian to continue to empower him and reward him for his amazing contributions. Hope he is happy with the new opportunities and want to provide even more opportunities.
For Purse deal, seems on track (after various long calls and emails) to close nov 3. Also discussing with people about turning the domain into a newsletter.
Just a time to grow, reflect, and feel like 2024 is now just coming quicker and quicker.
