Wife’s birthday was yesterday – just a coffee shop on the mountains. Realize life is so simple but we insist to make it complicated.
* Esatto brand launch , alongside NYBS episode 2 and ambassador program
* BeckyAI last full wee before launch – so another launch next week (this week Esatto, next week BeckyAI) – any cross marketing or leverage we can do with these?
* Snook starting, and re-vitalize our Thailand local ideas.
* GFA kids financial flow and new banking solutions.
* So much more, realize I just love to be overloaded.

Week Plan Oct 30 – Nov 5, 2022 Shadstone Limited
Down the rabbit hole we go. Always learning and doing new things. Many friends say I should just work in a R&D center – but then again – this is what our company basically is!
And I do think some of these various “rabbit holes” have been quite long, but are coming to the light at the end of the tunnel (aka rabbit hole). In early stage innovation, often many give up when digging for the diamonds as this famous image illustrates
One of the ones we are SO close on is Esatto product brand launch on Amazon. Been digging, stopping, digging, stopping for 2.5 years (even earlier if you count brainstorming and deal making) – and the products finally were checking in to Amazon FBA last week. My gut tells me this week will be the first “real week” of live sales – but with logistics headaches and other issues – hard to fully predict. Yet Christian is doing amazing and the team is doing amazing. I always say (well for the last 3 or 4 years) it is about improving the process than the short term result. We are constantly innovating and improving. Launching this many products, in a more competitive and strict environment in 2022 is not like before. We are using new tools and strategies.
NYBS episode 2 hopefully will come out early this week and we can align that with other ambassadors and bartenders to do not just a product launch – but a brand launch. So many products, all at the same time, all starting from basically 0. The idea is NYBS is an asset that can help us leverage a “0 to 1” launch. The goal is to use as much of Q4 to get sales velocity and traction so we can enter 2023 in a bit of a flow and strength.
EB we have David confirmed for the Blimp Method. Luciano also been helping a bunch preparing the new products (4) before he leaves China in November. Also some various items to do for US trademark and also seller account performance. The EB brand is a bit different from Esatto in that it is a licensing model not a traditional Amazon seller and brand model.
BeckyAI is going live in just over 1 week from now – count down is on the site, and 9am EST on Tuesday Nov 8 (Tuesday evening in Asia) – so we need to prepare the emails for the list to have them grab the special offer that is limited for a small amount right away as well as more bonuses. As well as ambassadors, affiliates, and influencers and PR. It will be a busy week and next weekend gotta make sure all things lined up for a smooth launch.
Akitai – new product lines. Andres was traveling in BKK end of last week, need to sync up on the status – some product tweaks, still need get photo shoot dripped out, and more. Have feeling this is launching in December earliest, but let’s be ready and pay close attention.
In the Handshake world- we had a great flamingo handshake auction, great group of organizers, auctioneers, bidders. Just the liquidity issue of the Hns coin still holding the blockchain back.
Also we are working hard on doing more pro-active business development. In discussion with so many startups and builders and investors. Also need to do HandyCon 2023 survey this week. Realizing our job / our fit in Handshake is to help the developer heavy community and do more BD and marketing for them – using our team and strategies.
On HR side, Snook will be joining us this week helping bridge our Thailand business endeavors with our global team. Also preparing for our events.
Working on more marketing deals, TLC crowdfunding, thailand sourcing for sellers, and just create and build and grow as always.
