The last week plan for 2023, feels great. As a 42 year old (don’t feel like it), this has been a monumental year and closer to the dream ecosystem and future I hope our kids can enjoy.
* More Loadpipe team building, as well as overall reviewing all team structures
* India Sourcing Trip Feb 4-14, ticket, flight, visa approved and excited to engage as an expert with people there.
* Budgets and plans for 2024 in Shadstone ninja crew.
* flamingo handshake live auction end of this week, and some exciting developments for Handycon in March
* Meditation retreat end of week to weekend.

Week Plan Dec 24 – 30, 2023 Venture Seed Studios
Entering “Chill week”, Nessa outlined the policy and we are always looking for win-win for the team and the company to maximize happiness and productivity. Let’s reflect on this year, think of the future, and keep on growing.
Teambuilding, and restructuring teams and companies. Believe 2024 is where we scale to spin out a ton of companies from all the hard work and foundation that has been set for the last 15+ years at Shadstone.
* Year end calls – hope people while on chill week and care about the future of the organization can join us and hear and voice their ideas.
* Loadpipe and all the restructuring there. Teambuilding, plans in IT, in marketing, and more.
* HandyCon plan – it’s gonna rock, Bitmain is onboard, .X, and many in the community – combined with the market and the way things are going it will be an epic time.
So much more – but really what we need to do is to empower our team leaders to make their week plan.
