Last week before things really get quiet, and jolly! Also my wechat was locked out, hope to recover it. Kids are off school for winter break, and this week:
* Writing a “mini book” on “ecommerce gladiator 2.0” – for the loadpipe roadmap. 2 birds with 1 stone.
* Ecomm Meetup Tuesday in Chiang Mai – Q&A with an experienced business owner I’m excited for it
* Meeting a factory Wednesday for lunch to more formally JV with (been selling their products)
* Supply chain planning for various brands we have.
* More budgeting, planning, transitioning for Shadstone + new Loadpipe.

Week Plan Dec 17 – 23, 2023 Venture Seed Studios
Year end often has us reflecting on things. What we have done, what we plan to do. Who we are, who we work with. Hope we can all reflect these last 2 weeks of the year. Also it will be more and more of a test of the leadership skills in the Shadstone ninja team as I prepare to dedicate more brainpower to the Loadpipe protocol.
* Lachy, Nikko stepping up in the Amazon / ecommerce departments. Discussions on who does what, and how to best format all of this ecommerce developments.
* Budgets hopefully getting finalized, and we can look more clearly at 2024.
* HandyCon – who is the main team pushing this forward? Can we confirm a couple sponsors to anchor it before the new year?
* Ecomm meetup Tuesday – CAN WE TRY TO STREAM IT!!??? Since I see it promoted on all our social media channels, we should therefore try to stream it to them
* Wednesday Lunch with a factory for JV – more brand deals with factories and growth. This is plumepas brand partnership.
