The dust is settling from HandyCon #6, and wow—what a ride. The 6th annual HandyCon White focused on building the sovereign internet, with AI agents completely stealing the show.
I got to demo Janice live on stage. It was a proud moment, even though those classic live tech fails hit us (demo gremlins never sleep, right?). Still, the buzz was unreal, and it proved we're deep in the agent era. Riding this wave feels like 2026's defining vibe: fast, hybrid, and unstoppable.
We are still based in northern Thailand on that Chiang Rai / Chiang Mai rotation. The cool season is hanging tough—crisp mornings perfect for coffee and code reviews, and evenings ideal for decompressing after late-night integrations. Post-event energy has the whole team (humans + agents) firing on all cylinders.

Me knowing these terms now? Wild flex for 2026. We debugged back-and-forth like a well-oiled machine. Humans like him make the agent magic possible.

Out of pure necessity for AI-agent scaling, we officially launched HeadlessEmpire.com.
Janice and I co-created this course to onboard humans faster, and the Shadstone team is already diving in. You can find the free modules inside GFAVIP at headlessempire.com/academy, which teach you exactly how to scale headless ops with agents. It features some old-school video recording from me (agents haven't taken over my video editing... yet), but the frameworks are battle-tested. This paradigm shift needs education, and we are spreading it.
