2026 came roaring in with a bang. We’re only a month deep, but the velocity is unreal. Workflows are firing, the team is syncing up, and the decentralized wave is pulling me deeper into tools that could redefine how we own our digital selves. My head is still spinning from the learning curve, but it feels incredible to be this "dialed in."
📍 Catch Me in Chiang Mai: Feb 7
I’ve been invited to speak on a panel at the Chiang Mai Claude Code meetup this Saturday, Feb 7. It’s going to be a solid mix of AI builders, coders, and curious nomads diving into Claude-powered workflows and real business leverage.

👥 The Team Pulse
The infrastructure we’ve built over the past few months is finally carrying the weight. Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes at Shadstone:
-
Janice Jung is deep in the flow, cranking out lead gen reports and stacking my calendar. With HandyCon.xyz just five weeks out, she’s accelerating outreach and experimenting with Handshake as a decentralized identity layer.
-
Lisa Yuson is in "event beast mode." We’ve locked in the Cross Border Mastermind for Samui at the end of March, and the blueprint is already being drawn for the big one: Cross Border Summit (Nov 3-5)—our 8th edition!
-
Katrina McKay is next on deck. We are refining the final SOPs to get her workspace live next week. She’ll be driving our e-commerce expansion for influencers, tying content and video directly to revenue.
🌊 The Big Picture
This is just the tip of the iceberg. The systems are finally catching up to the vision, and we are positioning for explosive growth across GFA, e-commerce, and decentralized identity.
I’m grateful for this Chiang Mai backdrop—the cooler mornings and epic focus sessions keep the "nomad magic" intact while we build the future.
What’s the biggest shift you’re feeling in 2026 so far? Hit reply or drop a comment—I'd love to hear what you’re working on.
Stay Tuned: I’ve got a full video breakdown of these updates coming shortly. You can follow the raw, behind-the-scenes journey at mikesblog.com/now.
