I took the fam up to the mountains for some serious camping this week. Okay, full disclosure: it is basically glamping at this point. We have the comforts we can’t live without. But the real magic wasn’t the tent—it was that year-end family reflection time.
Reflection is huge for growth. Carving out quiet moments is non-negotiable, especially in this quieter window before the January madness begins. If you are grinding through the holidays, take a breath. It pays off.
But of course, the builders never fully stop. Here is the pulse check from the team:
Katrina and the Decentralized Portfolio are grinding behind the scenes on some massive upgrades. We are rolling out modern styles across our portfolio of niche bar product sites—think GlassRimmer.com and the rest.
Using our new in-house AI tech, Katrina is producing fresh hands-on demo videos and rolling out site updates at warp speed. This is the decentralized commerce push I talked about at the Cross Border Summit in action. Spreading out with a wider network of focused mini-sites is the play. We are ready to ramp up targeted marketing and own these niches.
Billy Beard and Excalibur Brothers are rethinking the supply chain entirely. The discussions have been super open-minded. The Thailand team is seriously considering more local operations to tighten the ship.
This is the future: F2C (Factory-to-Consumer). With tariffs, inflation, and global shifts forcing our hand, we are adapting. Sellers and suppliers are merging closer. Billy is dropping a full report next week on the new manufacturing plans. Watch this space.
Janice and the Engine Room are juggling the unsexy but critical work. We are deep in financial year-end calls, hashing out corporate structures, and prepping AI-coded solutions for 2026 rollout.
But the real heat? Handshake (HNS). The ecosystem is rallying hard around a huge list of expiring names. The energy there is palpable. It is a ton of foundational shifts right now, but we are building the bedrock for the next decade.
