Just 2 more week plans for 2021. So much to do.
* Super Typhoon Rai in Philippines – hope the team is safe and healthy – and wonder if our operations will be paused due to this.
* Deal flow – Tons of people want to meet/call before the year end holidays. Will try to make the most of it.
* Re-cap after the NowShenzhen re-launch party, seeing the feedback
* Excalibur Brothers / Blimp Method more content and education and discussions to scale up with this new business model for e-commerce.
* Indigitus public intro of new model.

Week Plan Dec 19 – 25, 2021 Shadstone Limited
The final stretch of 2021, checking off a lot of boxes and getting things done for the new year.
But first is the emergency we are in at the Philippines – Super Typhoon Rai hit many of our team hard and we are still not in touch with everyone – some since Thursday night.
So for right now, hope to track everyone down, slowly we are hearing from various team members and it has been on my mind most of these days now.
What a year, what a crazy couple of years we are all going through. Let this be the bottom of the rampage the virus and the world has done to us and let us use this as strength to do even more amazing things in the new year.
Last week again we are testing our amazing team with our fearless leader dealing with personal matters Monday – the team has stepped up and assisted with many of the tasks and getting things done. And then again Friday with the super Typhoon, the few on the team with remaining power and electricity helped do their best to pick up the ball on tasks those offline normally do to the best of their abilities.
So with that said – to our normal business updates.
Mike (me) is trying to move to more biz dev, doing more calls with potential clients and partners for the Amazon FBA rollups and deals, as well as various ecommerce and SEO projects.
NowShenzhen launch party was Saturday night in Shenzhen – tons of great people and new opportunities for sponsorship and collaboration. Was a great time to re-engage the community and re-introduce people to the website now that we are the new owners. More photos and videos to come soon.
Blimp Method did a private launch to our Global From Asia email list and community at a special offer and have had some joining us. It is a brand new business model, so learning and collecting feedback and working on a webinar with Meir – as well as a podcast on it next week.
Excalibur Brothers – the case study brand we are building using the Blimp Method is doing nice – we will build up more the subdomain launch.excaliburbrothers.com as well as brochures and x-banners and more PPT pitch decks.
Indigitus router we are so close to introducing the new product to the public community. Tried to get it out last week, but small delay after small delay – but it is in our hands and in production and will come out next week before the Christmas holiday.
Flamingo handshake did really well and was nice to bring more on the Shadstone team to the stage and will continue to build up our amazing team and educate them on the future of the internet (so long as they are comfortable doing so). Do plan to make a skyinclude.com/workshop for the team and the internet in general.
One thought is train the team while also making a course on it.
There is just SO MUCH to do – we love what we do (well I do for sure) and we are making it happen. Content, community, consulting building up the empire.
