- I’m preparing to move to Shenzhen, China with the family mid-August. We have about a month left here in Shenyang.
- Restructuring (seems as always) at the team. I think it is a continuous part of a business, HR, team building. So, maybe more like “tweaking” than restructuring.
- Flamingo Handshake auction is on this week, Wednesday July 21, 4pm PST
- Indigitus router – getting a new partner onboard, Chris, helping with product development and hardware/software integration.
- dWeb incubator branding sessions for Indigitus.
For those who want to hear the full week plan for Shadstone Limited, Mike’s company (removing sensitive info) – here it is:
Week Plan July 18 – 24, 2021 Shadstone Limited
As always here – lots to do!
Last week our IT team was super busy ha! We are developing a ton right now, especially for Indigitus router – building out a crowdfunding site, affiliate program, and crypto payment integrations.
Also for Indigitus, we brought on a new partner, Chris, who is a product engineer hardware/software expert and is already coordinating with the software team which is a huge help.
This week we will have the 4th Flamingo Handshake auction. There are some really amazing names as well on the lineup.
We are shifting around roles a bit due to restructuring and working on giving more opportunity to those on the team for a while now.
Our GM and content editor is focusing more on the client service and community side, as well as still being “super woman” keeping the GM role and content side smooth.
Our SEO manager continues to do amazing on the client services / community side in the handshake / Indigitus side of the business.
Our main content writer we are confirming, will be getting more involved as the content editor and overseeing all the content being made.
For our trusted website rebuilder, we are getting more projects and he will also be more involved in the content generation (with new tools we have invested in).
Also with this shifting, we hope we can reflect on our content and SEO workflows to optimize them and grow them more.
For GFA, because I am planning to move with the family back to Shenzhen in August (not sure if I announced this to everyone?), we will do the CBM in October. It will be a half online / half offline style event with experts in Shenzhen speaking and the audience will be online. I still need to confirm dates. But let’s not put too much pressure for September date as there is no real pressure.
For the Amazon acquisition broker side, some deals are coming through and we are going to build up even more deal flow when I’m in Shenzhen. I’m also planning some presentations for small groups of sellers as well.
This maybe a bit of a shorter week plan, but that is maybe good because we are more clear and focused.
