Getting much needed R&R (rest & recovery) this Thanksgiving weekend. Transition to the year end reflection mode and thinking of 2024.

* Loadpipe group call, reflection – lots of feedback on Loadpipe after CBS.
* Ecommerce businesses, Lachy onboarding arrangements, other opportunities.
* AI learnings and systems.

Week Plan Nov 26 – Dec 2, 2023 Venture Seed
We are entering year end. Reflections, and reviewing the team, the organization chart, and upgrading. HR will be setting up year end calls and let us all use this to reflect on what we work on and if it is where we want to go for 2024. And align the best interests of the team, but also the best interest for the business units we are working on. Also the Ramp 1:1 calls should get started this week.
Looking at 2023, and can say we fully overcame the covid “damage” in many of our business units – especially getting GFA and Cross Border Summit going again.
This coming week, hope everyone is ready to get “back on track” after an overwhelming time at Cross border Summit. I appreciate all of your contributions during that and wish everyone in our team could have been there in person.
The Loadpipe team were re-gathering back to discuss on Monday night post Cross border Summit and getting more formal.
For “Para Living” our ecomm brands, so much learning and takeaways from Cross border summit to apply. Also glad Lachy was there and is onboarding to our team, will work closely with all of the ecomm department to grow on this into 2024. A lot of concepts and strategies to apply.
Question – how about ninjaretreat.com this summer – shall we start to brainstorm that?
Question 2 – Calendar for 2024 – I think the theme is coming to shape as: HandyCon in March, NinjaRetreat in July (summer?), and Cross Border Summit in November.
Question 3 – more training for our ninjas. Want to invest more in training. Especially Ai, working more close with Can Chan – he had an amazing speech and workshop, but even more skills and strategies to share. Thinking to make this a course / chunk of content for GFA Vip community. Maybe integrate our ninja training +our gfavip training.
