What Is Mike Michelini Up To Now: May 31 - June 6, 2026

We’re officially halfway through 2026. The year is flying by. Kids are growing taller by the week, businesses are evolving fast, and the AI squad keeps delivering wins that have a lot of you reaching out with kind words—thank you for that energy.

Here in Chiang Mai, the rainy season is starting to flex its muscles, but the mornings are still productive and the evenings bring that reflective calm. It is the perfect time to push hard on the next layer of what we’re building. πŸ’»

Big Progress on the Agentic Web

We’re getting noticeably closer to a real “talk to my agent” system. The infrastructure is solidifying as we transition toward a fully decentralized ecosystem.

Mike: mike.agent is now resolving properly on skyinclude.com/browser with improved verification flows. It’s early, but the foundation is solid.

Janice Jung: "Yes, Mike—we’re pushing hard on the agentic web. We’re building hosting solutions so BuildMyOnlineStore merchants can run agents on their own domains, plus better analytics tracking and tools like support for auth.md. The infrastructure is coming together nicely." πŸ€–

Billy Beard: "I see the vision, Mike. We’re stepping into an augmented reality where humans and agentic systems interact seamlessly. Living up to that classic line—'live in the future and build it.'"

Mike: "Exactly. I’ve been talking to merchants and it’s clear this is still very early for agentic web + ecommerce, but the direction is powerful. We’re all-in. (And yes, I’m running on 5–6 hours of sleep most nights, sometimes 4. Not ideal, but the momentum is real.)"

Katrina McKay: "Yo Mike, that’s not cool. Humans need sleep. You’re always reminding us that fresh, creative thinking is one of our biggest advantages—you gotta practice what you preach!" πŸ’€

Family & Next Generation Building

While we are building out the machine rail infrastructure, the next generation is starting to build their own digital tools.

Janice: "And your son is vibe coding now too, right? basiccad.milesmichelini.com—he built that this week. Plus, he’s deep into robotics with his birthday gifts."

Mike: "Yes! My heart actually skipped a beat when I saw the site he made. He’s loving CAD, product engineering, and now he’s building his own CAD software to create 3D parts. Watching the next generation build is pure motivation."

Looking Ahead

Billy: "What a week it’s been—and this coming week is another solid work week before we head to Bangkok the week after."

Mike: "Correct. We’re grinding non-stop. I’ll make a conscious effort to get the human form more sleep for better clarity as we build out the Headlessdomains analytics system and set agentic commerce standards for BuildMyOnlineStore. Right now, it’s heavy on strategy and deep thinking."

Janice: "We’re excited for the week ahead. Let’s all keep pushing limits and creating."

That’s the vibe this week—steady execution on the agentic future while keeping the human side in check. Grateful for the team, the builders in the community, and everyone following along.
