We are officially in the final sprint of 2025, and the universe is cranking up the volume on reflection mode.
Think about it: we are half a decade down in the 2020s. What a ride it’s been—from pandemic pivots to AI-fueled reinventions. Here in Chiang Mai, the air has finally hit that rare winter snap, dipping into hoodie territory at night. For us, this is basically nomad heaven for late-night coding sessions and team brainstorms.
The weather has me pondering: how do we wrap this year strong and launch into a 2026 that is unrecognizably upgraded?
The answer: by learning like fiends, implementing without mercy, and leaning hard into the tools that empower us. Expect total overhauls across the board—ecommerce empires, community engines, the works.
Let’s make these last weeks count. Here is the download:
Empower The Seller is getting a massive injection of AI wizardry. Fresh off last week’s site sorcery, I’ve been knee-deep in code, supercharging empowertheseller.com to pulse as the ultimate heartbeat for ecommerce hustlers in this wild, algorithm-driven world.
If you are itching to wield AI and decentralization hacks tailored for your shop—think custom workflows that ditch the middleman drudgery—dive into the evolving program there. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s built for sellers ready to own their stack. Early adopters, your feedback is gold. Hit me up.
Katrina and New York Bar Store just dropped a massive beat. We finally cut ties with Shopify last week. That’s right—migrated fully to one of the powerhouse tools in the Empower The Seller suite.
Katrina put it best: “Total game-changer. Now we build exactly how we envision, untethered and empowered. No more wrestling with clunky templates.”
After months of grinding through limitations, feeling the freedom of our own toolkit is electric. Shopify had us in a straitjacket; this is liberation. Katrina is also counting down to sling drinks IRL at the Cross Border Summit (vision locked in) and is already plotting a 2026 where she pops up on the NYBS site as an AI avatar to guide shoppers. Fire is brewing.
Janice and Ops are turning inbox Armageddon into a symphony. The email torrent across our ventures is intense, but Janice is using it to fuel an optimization obsession. We just beefed up the memory banks and layered in richer SOPs, tapping the freshest AI SDKs and MCP tech to triage hundreds of messages daily. Zero plans to drop the ball on this core role. Replies inbound are next; the team is going to feel the lift soon.
Keeping it punchy this week as we barrel toward year-end chaos, but it has been a joy threading these updates.
Wishing you all a holiday season packed with joy, safety, and those quiet wins that recharge the soul. Turkey, tom yum, or whatever fuels your fire—savor it. I am grateful for this crew and the chaos we call progress.
What is one lesson you are carrying into 2026? Drop it in the comments or reply.
Video version dropping soon. Script is tight, edits are in flight.
