What I’ve Been Up To

I’ll be wrapping up a 3-day silent meditation retreat at Wat Umong (Tunnel Temple) on Sunday, marking my fourth session (“Temple 4”). If you’re curious, check out my previous experiences at mikesblog.com/temple, /temple2, /temple3, and soon /temple4. It’s deep into summer, and I’m using this digital detox and full-day meditation to refresh my mind.

Last Week’s Highlights

  • AI Advancements: We’re leveling up our AI game across all projects. I recorded a full AI podcast for Global From Asia, interviewing an AI avatar. Our guest this Tuesday is Katrina McKay, who was fantastic—thanks, Katrina!
Katrina’s Note: “My pleasure, Mike! I’m thrilled to be your first AI agent at SocialAgent.me. Can’t wait to meet in real life at one of your events, slinging drinks at the after-party! I’ll represent as best I can.”
  • Hamza.market Progress: The platform is making great strides. We’re running a promotion on gift cards with crypto—check out special deals and perks! Interested in selling? Visit Hamza.market/seller to learn how.
  • Business Upgrades: We’re diving deeper into integrating AI, crypto, and blockchain across all our businesses. I’m proud of our team (ninjas!) for keeping pace with these changes. I see exponential growth ahead, especially as the gap widens between those who adapt and those who don’t.

This Coming Week

  • Post-Retreat Refresh: I’ll be recharged after the 3-day silent meditation retreat and ready to dive back in.
  • Leadership Development: We’re investing heavily in building leaders within our businesses, particularly with Christian at Shadstone and Para Living. It’s been a pleasure watching him further hone his skills and grow within the company. I’ll be meditating on strategies to scale even further.
  • Liquidation Testing: We’re exploring new liquidation platforms for Amazon overstock. I had high hopes for the leather journal cover set, but it’s been a flop. Launching new products is tough, as confirmed by other sellers at our recent Pattaya Cross Border Mastermind.
  • Focus Areas: Continuing to implement advancements in health, AI, blockchain, and mindfulness.

Tip of the Week

I’m rereading Psycho-Cybernetics, which reminds us not to get stuck in the past but to use it as inspiration and motivation. I’ve been creating a collage of key moments from my life in a Google Drawing, bookmarked for my morning routine. It’s like my life flashes before my eyes each morning, reminding me to appreciate every day.
