Week Plan April 4 – 10, 2021 Shadstone Limited
Writing this on Easter Sunday, but here in China you’d have no indication that it is an Easter Sunday. Rise and grind, make things happen and working on this week plan, reflecting on last week, and preparing for the next.
It is tomb sweeping holiday here tomorrow in China though so schools and all things will be closed.
Working online, there is no way to know and with international business, it seems like there is always a holiday on one country or another. Ha!
Hope everyone enjoyed last week’s team call. I think it was my favorite one yet. I really enjoyed the 1 on 1 “speed dating” a bit, to talk to a couple of you 1 on 1. Also, I hope that the more relaxed speaking session was helpful and then of course the networking tables.
Last week, team development as always has been transitioning and onboarding new people and defining our roles more and more:
- One is heading up all client services.
- Two are getting started on the SEO tasks
- Social media services for clients, we will be discontinuing / pausing as it is not our company core competency
I appreciate the feedback and input from many of you. And, as most of you know, this kind of work is what I love to do – inbound internet marketing (SEO), ecommerce, content creation and the whole shift to web 3 / dweb on the blockchain.
Let us keep pushing ahead and making amazing things happen. We will get ahead and just keep on grinding away and away.
The Amazon brand is moving along, but takes a huge amount of time. We are still waiting for more photos from the studio and then packaging and shipping to Amazon.
We are working on a Handshake domain auction for emoji domains using the name FlamingoHandshake.com and plan to do the live online auction on April 15 morning Asia time, April 14 evening USA time. More details to come this week.
