Also adjusting as a person, leader. For almost 10 years I have been waking up at 530am and working my butt of for hours and seriously getting tons done. But is it a lifetime commitment? And my energy levels by midday /evening are so low – especially for these events and networking.
Looking to make an adjustment. Been testing sleeping in a bit, adjusting my routine.
Yet as I do this last week, I am feeling guilty – as if I am being lazy. That I am supposed to be “hustling” and pushing myself 110% to achieve more, do more, build more, create more.
Need to address this guilt. Do think I need to change – I have to become more of a leader with more rest and more energy. About 10 years in this hard pushing myself achiever mode, I need to adjust to a more leader more.
Just sharing this as it is a pivotal mindset shift and lifestyle change.
