Last full week before HandyCon, fourth annual decentralized web online event – and tons to do, blessed with Anne/’s skills!
* Financial, HR, admin – putting this at top of list, as we grow and scale with multiple businesses – this is more and more important.
* Marketing campaigns for Loadpipe – splitting it to 2 sides, buyer side (more to crypto native), and vendor side (more traditional business merchant), with different people and channels.
* Moving to more online (again) – first couple months of year had Beau our co-founder/CTO of Loadpipe here, as well as Snook and Lachy working in person -but adjusting to more an online based work (of course majority of our work is online and most of our team too).
* Strategy – everyone says “Mike you do so much”, but this is all going to come full circle and connect, you’ll see. It is about empowering the people
