Returned from Singapore Monday, back in Chiang Mai – but going to Bangkok this Wednesday for a 4 day trip for the Mega trade show. Purpose: meet more Thai suppliers, see Ecommerce businesses, and meet some on the developing Loadpipe protocol ecosystem.
* Monday- financial, HR, project management
* Tuesday – Max from Amazon Thailand speaking at our ecomm meetup, also some other business development meetings.
* Wednesday to Saturday – Fly to Bangkok for Mega Show – hyper business development mode.

Week Plan July 16- 22, 2023 Shadstone Limited
Just keep pushing ahead and things clarify as you build. That is how it feels with the recent developments of the Purse acquisition and the Singapore trip and the team restructuring and scaling of Amazon brands and channels.
Last week we made a lot of progress on understanding user needs at Purse, and are working on a few short term and long term roadmaps for the user base – as well as the future of ecommerce on-chain.
Also a GREAT Amazon Prime day, great work Christian and Nikko and the team. Plus we are building out shopping cart sites first with Akitai using the sites and tech we like! Have a lot of tweaks still yet to make. Studying logistics more (and more) as we grow.
Improving on our financial workflows – and fingers crossed can iron out the A/R + CN (accounts receivable and credit notes) of GFA kids to “destress” the situation.
This coming week –
Max from Amazon Thailand will be doing an AMA at our Chiang Mai ecomm meetup Tuesday, looking forward. Also he’ll be sharing at Cross Border Summit in November.
Going to Bangkok Wednesday to Saturday for a Mega Show. Last minute trip, but close and a good chance to also meet a lot of people on the list. Also a meeting about Loadpipe with some of the forming team.
So many enhancements to our projects – new tech improvements, logistics, financial, HR, teambuilding.
It has been great to see our team grow and step up and fill in gaps. Really look forward to working harder on BD (business development) as we scale our amazing and talented team and add even more great people and give more opportunities.
