What Is Mike Michelini Up To Now: November 1 to 7, 2026

Early last week, I made it safely back to Chiang Mai after an intense trip through South China with my son Miles. We also released the longest vlog we have ever made, over 38 minutes of travel and business moves together.

And now it is Cross Border Summit week. Straight from the road into a ton, and a TON, of last-minute work.

A birthday dinner before the rush

We had a nice family dinner for my amazing wife Wendy's birthday. We kept it low key and intimate.

Life is going so fast. I am glad we had that time together before this coming week.

Our eighth annual Cross Border Summit

There is always a lot happening in the final days. But I cannot wait to get everyone together for our eighth annual Cross Border Summit here in Chiang Mai.

Thank you to everyone supporting it by attending, speaking, sponsoring, and helping on the team. There is so much work behind a gathering like this. I am looking forward to all of us learning and leveling up together.

Here is how the week is taking shape. All dates are November 2026, in Chiang Mai.

• Sunday, November 1: Early arrivals from speakers and attendees. Nothing formal on the schedule, just some casual coffees and catching up.
• Monday, November 2: Informal get-togethers, then a community-organized attendee dinner that Hersh is putting together. This is separate from the formal Summit program.
• Tuesday, November 3: Our VIP day, with an intensive afternoon mastermind session and the evening speaker and VIP dinner. This day is for the eligible VIP and Mastermind ticket holders.
• Wednesday and Thursday, November 4 and 5: The two core conference days. The full lineup is finally public on the Cross Border Summit agenda. Cannot wait.
• Friday, November 6: More community time, with an MDS brunch being planned and some factory visits people have asked about. Brunch details are still to be confirmed, and the factory visit is invite only with separate arrangements.

Pushing our limits as the year winds down

This will be an intense, intense week. It is also a time for reflection, with the end of the year coming up so quickly.

Let's have a great finish to the year and keep pushing our limits. Those limits are a test. Let's not get discouraged.
