What Is Mike Michelini Up To Now: July 12 - 18, 2026

Last week was a fresh week after the silent meditation retreat, and it started in a very human way: massive stomach cramps after I ate junk too quickly after a 3-day fast. So yes, still learning. The retreat gave me clarity, but the body also has its own rules. You cannot just jump from silence and fasting straight into bad food and expect everything to be fine. Rough start indeed. But the week ended on a real high: our GFAVIP Chat app was approved in the Apple iOS App Store. That one felt big.

For the last 20 years in business, one of my core mottos has been simple: make sure each day you are taking steps toward your goal. Some days the steps are tiny. Some days they are bigger. Some days you are recovering from stomach cramps and just trying to get back to normal. But you keep forging the path ahead. GFAVIP Chat getting approved is one of those steps that makes many previous steps feel connected.

  • Real-World Apprenticeship: Turning the Vietnam trip into a special father-son business adventure. Miles is joining me at the booth to get direct, hands-on experience with entrepreneurship on the ground, learning how deals and showcases work outside of a classroom environment.
  • EB Men's Care Evolution: Moving forward with our men's grooming category under Excalibur Brothers. We are narrowing down supplier selections, finalizing structural packaging concepts, and preparing Billy Beard to take a much more active lead on the product marketing front.
