It has been a while since I sent a Mike's Blog email, so I wanted to restart with a personal update about what I am building and learning this week.

A lot of readers enjoyed the story and video from the Vietnam business trip I took with my son, Miles. This coming week, he is joining me again, this time in Bangkok.

We are working on the first serious product candidate for the Excalibur Brothers men's-care line: a men's face cream.

It would be easy to describe this as visiting four or five factories, but the real work is much more complex. We need to connect formula development, manufacturing, supply-chain quality assurance, product testing, compliance, packaging, samples, pricing, lead times, and logistics. The trip is about understanding how all those partners fit together and what decision each relationship helps us make.

I am excited to have Miles involved so he can see how a product becomes real through meetings, questions, comparisons, and decisions.

Back in the digital world, GFAVIP Chat has reached version 1.0.5 on iOS after more rounds of user feedback. It seems to be stabilizing, and I am grateful to everyone who has tested it. Our team is also changing, which has pushed us to think carefully about what should stay human, what agents can own, and where the best answer is people and agents working together.
