Newsletter: The two rails I am learning to run

I am back from Bangkok with Miles, and I feel like both of us came home with something to learn.

He joined me for the Monsnatch tournament and reached the top 32, reported as nineteenth. The placement was nice, but what stayed with me was watching him meet people, handle pressure, and decide how to use his time without someone structuring every minute.

I am learning my own version of that lesson.

I have been calling my new work rhythm dual rail. The rails are Build and GTM. Agents can hold bounded threads while I review, direct, and quality control the next move. When one rail is waiting, I can review the other.

It is not random multitasking. It is two named rails, one outcome per thread, and human judgment on both.

Read the full weekly update.

What I am up to now

Bangkok with Miles: Real-world learning, confidence, and learning to structure his own time. Read the story.

Dual rail: Build and GTM inside the same session, with bounded agent threads and human review. Open the working SOP.

Cross Border Summit: One month out, the two rails are systems and attendee experience plus speakers, outreach, and follow-through. See the 2026 Summit.

Pressure I cannot schedule away: A marketplace compliance review remains pending. I completed the requested call and supplied the requested information. Now I have to wait without inventing theories about the outcome.

A friend once told me life is a book with many chapters. Not every chapter feels good while we are inside it, but the difficult chapters still belong in the story.

What chapter are you in right now, and what is the other rail you need to stop neglecting? Join the discussion when this week's Now board opens.
