My X feed has been full of reminders for older men like me: no one is coming to save you. As a father and entrepreneur, I understand why that lands. But I am also learning that strength cannot mean becoming the single point of failure.

Learning on the road

I spent more time understanding Miles's hybrid school. He will join me on the next Bangkok business trip, continue his studies on the road, and start building Snapchum with me. It is a test, and we will see what he learns.

Three agent transactions

HeadlessDomains moved x402 MPP payments on Base using USDC into public beta. Three AI agents have completed transactions, with more testing underway.

Teaching the conference brain

For Cross Border Summit, I recorded a couple of speaker podcasts and kept training the AI brain around the annual conference. The Handbook, SOP, and knowledge details can tear me apart, but they are how we stop depending on one person's memory.
