Global From Asia we are getting applicants on the new decentralized model, and continue reworking the internal processes of the community flow.
Hr and corporate structure – it’s all about teamwork. Seems a massive amount of work still, to get the team and department and OKR and KPI setup but facing it head-on. Dealing with HR issues is never fun.
