Planning to move to another apartment next weekend. The moving doesn’t seem to stop these years!

• Indigitus product developments are doing well. Factory production is underway

• HR and team development (as always) but massive progress underway.

Oct 17 – 23, 2021 Week Plan Shadstone Limited

I love all the amazing things we are creating and building with a more and more amazing group of people here.

We have added some great people recently and are structuring things much better for the organization and leadership. The goal of making a creative “investment” / holding company of amazing web and internet projects is coming true. With the new expanding “web 3 / dweb” as well as our traditional SEO and content projects, the future feels brighter than ever for our team.

In our newly developing HR department we are finding more ways to support our team, and structure things so it is great to see.

We are starting to put more TLC (tender loving care) into our GFA and GFAVIP community with our team member studying the membership program and learning more about the program. Also, we are investing in our top blog content with our TV host making videos and also updating the content at the same time.

It is still a very early stage to develop our content sites into product brands. Taking our huge investment of time and money into building out a ton of these sites and a new business model to monetize this work. More to come on this soon, and more opportunity for our team to get involved.

Indigitus is spinning more and more into a standalone company, with new team members joining it outside of the Shadstone team which is fine and healthy. We are working on focusing on doing our core strength for the investments which is the content, the SEO and the web.

NowShenzhen – we are in final stages of moving off the Drupal site. David, our partner, made it back to China finally from USA and is in quarantine. So this will help with the business and communication side and move things faster.

For the dealflow and Amazon FBA investments, we are working on a new regular training and meetup series. And this Tuesday morning, we have a partner event where I’ll be speaking about how to grow and sell your ecommerce brand.

We are moving the dates for the next Flamingo Handshake auction to Nov 3 / Nov 4 Asia time. And planning a whole schedule of the next couple months at flamingohandshake.com/schedule so we are all on the same page.

And everyone loves the HandyCon event we did this past March and are working on another now for March 16 – 18, 2022 with a quick landing page we put up at http://handycon.conference.hns.to.

There is just so much more to talk about. Hope everyone on our team is happy and has work to do. The idea is WE BUILD, WE CREATE. Our team is a team of this and we have our partners in various businesses who help on the “business side” while we do what we love and are strong at.

Thank you all for being here and making the dream of Shadstone become more and more true, which is the “shadow” behind businesses and brands that we build and support (b2b) and the “stone” / rock / foundation that those brands and businesses know and can trust.

Shadstone is the B2B “backbone” of Global From Asia. For example, many do not know Shadstone but our team is building this amazing asset and media company up – Indigitus, Flamingo Handshake, HandyCon, the list goes on and on. And, we have worked so hard, and invested so much and sacrificed the short term in order to win in the long term. And, it is happening.

Some investments (like Esatto brand) are on “ice” during this nightmare COVID and logistics, while other investments (like Handshake / web 3) are bearing fruits. But it is all about balance. And for us, we have multiple streams and channels so we are diversified in this unstable world we are entering in a post-Covid life and business. So happy we are all able to work online, provide value for the company, and be financially supported.

Sorry a bit of a rant but hope that gives some “Color” into what we are trying to do here at Shadstone – to build an amazing team of creators and builders who build and support all these amazing projects for us – for more than our own lifetime, for many generations to come.
