What a wild ride – wrapping up a best-ever Cross Border Summit and first-ever Cross Border Mastermind.

But while that is processing, want to highlight the ice bath we had on Saturday Nov 9, 2024 morning – a rather small inflatable pool but still had an overall ice bath effect.
